在此之前,战略项目只不过是一份“意向声明”,其实现只能事后确定,通常是在公司资产负债表结束时确定。

预测和提供是计划、偏差预防和应急过程的基础,由整个大脑路径驱动。

这个过程的第一步是按照双脑方法对信息进行分组,在左侧(大脑的左半球)列出公司技术子系统的计划。右侧是市场和行业人性化的现实。

三个主要问题是:

  1. 左边的主题是Projects;事物就像用墨水写在纸上一样。
  2. 右侧的主题是环境和公司文化的现实,是在存在的时间里用血写成的,是企业的基础。
  3. 这两个前提之间可能存在差距,只能通过根据实际情况快速调整项目来弥补。
